Arthur is outta here

After making landfall in Nova Scotia this morning around 10:00am EDT as a tropical storm, Arthur has been absorbed by a trough of low pressure and is now at post-tropical status.

Damages are still being assessed in North Carolina, but it looks like the impacts from Arthur will be localized and not terribly severe.
